Highlights: Explore Old Delhi

Description: On arrival at Delhi airport, on completion with immigration, custom clearance and luggage collection please proceed to the exit look for representative in the arrival lounge- who will be holding a placard with guests name and later you will be given a traditional Indian welcome and escorted to your hotel. (Check in time 1400 hrs). Delhi is India's bustling capital city. New Delhi reflects the legacy the British left behind. The division between New and Old Delhi is the segregation between the capitals of the British and the Mughal respectively. This day will be spent at leisure to get acclimated to the time difference. In afternoon go for guided Old Delhi sightseeing including metro ride. Enjoy a cycle rickshaw ride through the famous Chandni Chowk Bazaars, once the shopping avenue for Mughal royalty and the oldest marketplace of the city, once the shopping avenue for Mughal royalty and the oldest marketplace of the city. Drive past the Red sandstone walled Red Fort, also built by Emperor Shahjahan. Next proceed to visit Raj Ghat, the cremation ground of Mahatma Gandhi), The "Father of the nation".

Highlights: train journey to Dharamsala

Description: Today morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to New Delhi railway station to board train to Pathankot. Train: Malwa Express Departs: Delhi at 0520 Hrs Arrives: Pathankot at 1345 Hrs (Class of travel- 3rd AC sleeper) On arrival at Pathankot railway station, you will be transferred to Dharamsala (92 kms/3d Hrs approx). On arrival at Dharamsala, check into your hotel. Dharamsala is a quaint hill station, nestled on the lower spurs of the Dhauladhar range. Today this little town serves as the residence of the Dalai Lama and the Tibetian Government in exile. Divided in two sections - the lower town comprises of the bazaar and public areas and the upper town known as McLeodganj which is popularly known as 'Little Lhasa' comprises of the important Tibetian Monasteries, Institutes and Government centers.

Highlights: Explore MecLeodganj

Description: Following breakfast, you will meet with Yoga teacher and have your first yoga season. Afternoon After lunch (payable directly), explore the famous wonders of McLeodganj which include a visit to the Tsuglagkhang Complex, where the Dalai Lama resides; Namgyal Monastery where you will have the opportunity to witness the Tibetian monks in debate and conference (subject to session on day of visit). The tour is complete with a visit to the Tibetian Institute of Performing Arts and beautiful Norbulingka Institute famous for housing some of the finest traditional arts and crafts of Tibet. Later back to the hotel.

Highlights: Yoga sessions, Visit a local tea garden

Description: Following breakfast, you will meet with Yoga teacher and have your second yoga season. Afternoon, after lunch (payable directly), visit tea country around Dharamsala and visit a local tea garden, to see something of the process of growing and harvesting this all-important leaf. Later back to the hotel.

Highlights: Yoga session, guided walk of Triund

Description: Following breakfast, you will meet with Yoga teacher and have your Third yoga season. Afternoon guided walk of Triund. It is the crown jewel of Dharamshala, situated in the laps of Dhauladhar Mountains; it has the perfect view of the Dhauladhar Mountains on one side and kangra valley on the other. Triund is a very popular trekking spot . Triund attracts a lot of tourist every year from India and all over the world . Triund trek can be described as a tranquil trek which can be easily accomplished by almost all age groups . Triund has an unambiguous byway which goes through a beautiful mixed forest of oak, deodar and rhododendron .for 3 to 4 hours near Dharamsala, hen reach the village of Triund, which lies at an altitude of about 2875 metres. Set in an alpine meadow, high up on a ridge, the village faces the snow-capped peaks of Dhauladhar on one side and the beautiful Kangra Valley on the other Later back to the hotel.

Highlights: Yoga Session, Toy Train Ride

Description: Following breakfast, you will meet with Yoga teacher and have your Fourth yoga season. Afternoon drive to Bajinath paprola railway station to board the narrow gauge Toy Train for the three hour ride to Guler, rolling slowly through the Kangra valley, passing through several small villages on the way. We leave the train at Guler station and drive back to Dharamsala.

Highlights: Yoga Session, explore the local markets

Description: Following breakfast, you will meet with Yoga teacher and have your Fifth yoga season. Afternoon day is at leisure to explore the Tibetian markets near Dharmsala.

Highlights: Train to Delhi

Description: Today morning after early breakfast, you will be transferred to Pathankot railway station to board train to Delhi. Train: Malwa Express Departs: Pathankot at 1040 Hrs Arrives: Delhi at 1900 Hrs (Class of travel- 3rd AC sleeper) On arrival at New Delhi railway station, you will be transferred to hotel
